1. Purpose of SMS Notifications
MorphMind uses SMS notifications to deliver time-sensitive information about your AI agent activities and account. These transactional messages include:
- Agent/Job Completion Notifications: Alerts when your AI agent tasks or computing jobs have finished processing
- Agent/Job Failure Alerts: Notifications if an agent task or computing job encounters an error or fails to complete
- Account & Service Alerts: Time-sensitive notifications regarding your account status, security alerts, or critical service updates
We do not send promotional or marketing messages via SMS.
SMS Brand: Messages will appear as coming from "MorphMind".
2. Opt-In Process
To receive SMS notifications from MorphMind, you must:
- Enter Your Phone Number: Provide a valid mobile phone number in your account settings or during a specific agent/session setup
- Verify Your Phone Number: Complete a verification process to confirm ownership of the phone number
- Provide Explicit Consent: Actively check a consent checkbox (not pre-checked) agreeing to receive SMS notifications
You may enable SMS notifications on an ad-hoc basis for specific agents, sessions, or requests. Enabling notifications for one agent or session does not automatically enable them for others.
Consent to receive SMS is not required to use MorphMind. You can use all MorphMind services without enabling SMS notifications.
3. Message Frequency
The number of SMS messages you receive depends on your usage of MorphMind services:
- Messages are sent only when triggered by actions you initiate (e.g., running an agent, starting a computing job)
- Frequency varies based on how many agents or jobs you run and how often you enable notifications
- You have full control over which activities trigger SMS notifications
4. Opting Out
By default, no SMS messages will be sent. You will only receive SMS notifications if you explicitly enable them for a specific agent, session, or request.
You can stop receiving SMS notifications at any time through any of these methods:
- Reply STOP: Text STOP to any SMS message you receive from MorphMind
- Account Settings: Disable SMS notifications in your MorphMind account settings
- Per-Agent/Session: Uncheck the notification option for specific agents or sessions
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS notifications unless you opt in again.

SMS notifications are sent through standard carrier networks. Delivery times may vary based on carrier network conditions. International delivery may vary by country and carrier.
7. Privacy and Data Use
Your phone number and SMS preferences are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use your phone number only to deliver the notifications you selected and to manage opt-in/opt-out compliance. We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
